Kettle Community at Eagle Rock Community Church

Eagles take advantage of thermals, rising currents of warm air and updrafts generated by valley edges or mountain slopes.  A “kettle of eagles” refers to several eagles soaring together in a thermal.  The behavior appears to be a form of “staging” in readiness for migration– as well as a way of gaining altitude and conserving strength.

At Eagle Rock we believe sustained life change happens best in the context of community.  The small groups at ERCC are designed to support and encourage “kettle” community, to apply the Bible in readiness for life as we soar together, pray and care for one another.
